Puppy Training

6 weekly 1-hour sessions · $1,499

Best for: puppies 8 weeks to 6 months, and first-time owners

House training, crate confidence, socialization done safely, no jumping or nipping, and the leash foundation that stops reactivity before it starts. Get the first six months right and the next two years are easy.

Package B

Adult Dog Obedience

8 weekly 1-hour sessions · $2,199

Best for: dogs who know "sit" indoors and ignore you outdoors

Recall that works at distance, loose-leash walking past distractions, heel, watch, drop-it, and impulse control. The program for adolescent dogs who have stopped listening.

Behavior Modification

Best for: lunging, growling, resource guarding, biting, severe anxiety

8 weekly 1-hour sessions · $2,499

Reactivity and aggression are almost always fear. Done wrong, behavior work makes them worse — most failures come from a misread of the cause, not a lack of effort. We assess what's actually driving it before we touch the behavior.

Why We Train in Your Home

A dog that is flawless in a training facility and impossible outside Harvard Square hasn't learned much. Dogs don't generalize well — behavior learned in one room stays in that room until it's deliberately taught everywhere else.

So we start where the problem lives: your entryway, your stairs, your building's lobby, your walk to the park. You get a trainer's full hour, not a share of one across eight dogs. And you don't load an already-anxious dog into a car to sit in a room full of strangers.

Most of our work is in Cambridge, Somerville, Boston, Brookline, Arlington, Medford and Watertown. We also cover Belmont, Everett, Malden, Newton, Lexington, Waltham, Winchester, Woburn, Melrose, Revere, Chelsea and Winthrop.

Travel costs may apply outside the Boston Metro area.

How much does dog training cost in Boston?

Our programs are flat-priced: $1,499 for six puppy sessions, $2,199 for eight adult obedience sessions, $2,499 for eight behavior modification sessions. That's the whole cost — no per-session add-ons. Custom equipment or needs occasionally adjust cost, but this is uncommon. Travel fees may apply outside the Boston Metro area.

Do you come to my home?

Yes. All lessons are private and in-home, plus the streets and parks you actually walk. We serve Cambridge, Boston and most of Greater Boston.

My dog is aggressive. Is it too late?

Rarely. Most reactivity is fear and most of it improves with the right assessment and a plan that keeps the dog under threshold. The evaluation call is free — start there.

How long until I see results?

Owners typically see change within the first two or three sessions. Lasting change depends on what you practice between them — you are the biggest factor in your dog's success.
